Shipping

Every piece is made and packed by hand, so here's what to expect.

Processing time

In-stock pieces usually ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take a little longer — the estimate is shown right on the product page.

If we can't ship in that window, we'll email you before it's up, tell you the new date, and you can choose to wait or have a full refund — no need to chase us for it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate per order, and orders over a certain amount ship free — you'll see the exact rate at checkout, before you pay. A few larger or heavier pieces carry their own shipping price, shown on the product page.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
