Returns

You can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Reach out first and we'll walk you through it.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered — then it's on us.

One-of-a-kind & made-to-order

Because these are made individually, one-of-a-kind and custom made-to-order pieces are final sale — but if a piece arrives damaged, we'll always make it right.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, message us within 1 day of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
